Consistray does not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits under any circumstances.
1. Overview
Consistray provides a Text-to-Speech (TTS) platform accessible at consistray.in. By subscribing to any paid plan or making any purchase on our platform, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that all payments are final and non-refundable. This policy applies to all subscriptions, one-time purchases, API credits, and any other fees paid to Consistray.
Once a payment is made, it cannot be reversed, refunded, or credited under any circumstances, including accidental purchases, unused service time, or dissatisfaction with the Service.
2. Scope of This Policy
This No Refund Policy applies to all of the following:
- Monthly and annual subscription plans
- API usage credits or top-ups
- One-time feature purchases
- Any other fees charged by Consistray
3. No Refunds for the Following Reasons
Refunds will not be issued for any of the following reasons, without exception:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Accidental subscription or plan upgrade
- Failure to cancel before a renewal date
- Partial use or non-use of the subscription period
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated voice quality or output
- Technical issues caused by the user's own device or internet connection
- Misunderstanding of plan features prior to purchase
- Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms & Conditions
- Service downtime or interruptions beyond our reasonable control
4. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged again after the current period ends
- No refund will be issued for the remaining days of the current billing period
- All data associated with your account will be handled per our Privacy Policy upon account closure
5. Failed or Disputed Payments
If you believe you have been charged in error — for example, you were billed twice for the same period — please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate and, if a genuine billing error is confirmed, we will resolve it at our discretion. This does not constitute a refund policy and applies only to verified technical billing errors.
6. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider without first contacting Consistray is considered a breach of these Terms. Consistray reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate the account of any user who initiates an unauthorised chargeback, and to contest the dispute with supporting documentation.
7. Free Trials
If Consistray offers a free trial period, no payment is collected during the trial. You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Once the trial converts to a paid plan and the payment is processed, it is subject to this No Refund Policy.
8. Acknowledgement
By completing any purchase on consistray.in, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood this No Refund Policy
- You agree that all payments are final and non-refundable
- You accept these terms as a condition of using the Service
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this No Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on consistray.in and, where material, communicated via email with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance.
